A resident is an owner of a subscription for a workspace at a coworking space for a period from one month or the lessee of an office. They have smart-card access to the location assigned to them 24/7.

A guest is a lessee of a meeting room or workspace in a coworking space at a daily rate. Locations are accessible in the administrator's working hours: from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, Sretenka works from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There is 50% off rates in meeting rooms at the resident's locations at any time.

Leave a request on the website and we will get in touch with you to confirm the details and make the booking. Payment for coworking spaces is by card or cash at reception on the day of the visit.

When paying to the company account, the full amount must be transferred at least 24 hours before the booking time.

If your plans change, please warn us at least 60 minutes before the booking time: call or write in the WhatsApp chat or on VK.

Locations are provided upon agreement with the administrator. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booking date. Minimum rental time — three hours.
